Well, I don’t know any scorpion personally. But scorpions are dangerous. I know it(or probably not, I was told so whenever I asked about Scorpions). The facts I am presenting here are totally true(because facts are always true….!!!! LOL…. :D) and these were told to us by our biology teacher. Actually they taught us the whole epic about Scorpions(and all others animals in the same category). But I just remember the 5 facts and those facts are very interesting believe me!!!

Fact #1 : They are radium bands

radium scorpionsFact number one is, the scorpions you see actually are not scorpion, they are radium bands!!!! Nahhh, I was just kidding. The fact is that the scorpions glow in the dark. They glow bright blue or yellow-green under ultra-violet light. Don’t know what is fixed in them!!! Maybe, someone has gifted scorpions sunlight a long time ago!!! Do you know what is the reason behind it????? Please do tell me!!!!

Fact #2: They can grow average

Number 2 fact tell us that scorpions can not grow much, like whales, the longest of the scorpions are found in Africa!!! ( I don’t know why but I feel that most of the longest and biggest things are found in Africa, the biggest desert, the longest river and maybe many more!!!) The average length of these scorpions are 20 cm.

Fact #3 : Scorpions attack with their claws

scorpion claw I think that you might know this!!! Do you or not??? Let me tell you what is the process of catching a prey by the scorpion. The scorpion first hold the prey with their claws and then they crush ’em up into a soft and wet structure (called mush) that they can easily suck up.

Fact #4 : Sting for Defense

scorpion-stingScorpion uses its sting for its self-defense (not much to say). Sting is usually found in the tail of scorpion which it uses for its self-defense. What you think only humans can defend their selves????

Fact #5 : Scorpions are serial-killer

Every year several thousand peoples die because of sting of a scorpion.
